RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
In cases specified by law, ANATA may transfer information to third parties. ANATA may also use outsourcing services to ensure more efficient performance of its functions.
Payment processing is provided by the payment platformmakecommerce.lv, therefore, ANATA transfers the personal data necessary for payment execution to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
ANATA has the right to transfer the data collected and stored on the website to other companies for information purposes and statistical purposes. Data that would allow identifying a person are not disclosed and transferred to third parties in this process.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries.
