"Bio Planet" inulin is a 100% organic powder without additives, obtained from agave (Blue Agave Tequilana Webber). A fiber-rich sweetener with a mildly sweet taste.

Agave inulin is the right choice for replacing sugar in recipes if you want to make the product sweeter, richer in fiber and reduce the amount of flour used.

Agave inulin is a great alternative to sugar, but remember that inulin contains calories (210 kcl per 100 g of product). It has prebiotic properties. 

Inulin is recommended as an addition to fermented milk products, pastries (improves the structure of cakes) and thickening (in place of flour). It can also be used after dissolving in warm water.
