Oat fiber is a white, finely ground flour of pure fiber. They add texture to flour products without increasing the amount of carbohydrates. Adding oat fiber to your flour products makes them more filling and contains fewer calories. Does not contain gluten. It has a neutral taste.

How to use oat fiber?

Substitute oat fiber for some of the flour in your recipe to increase fiber and decrease carbohydrates. Remember to substitute an equivalent amount by volume, not by weight. For example, replace 200 ml of wheat flour with 200 ml of oat fiber. 100 ml of oat fiber weighs 22 grams.

Oat fiber absorbs and retains a lot of liquid. To get a good result, you need to add more liquid to the recipe (until you get the desired consistency).
