Sukrin universal baking mix will help you prepare your favorite cakes and other delicacies without sugar and flour. It can be used as is or as a base to create your own original products. The mixture is easy to use and provides great taste.

Preparation

Ingredients for baking: Universal mixture for baking, eggs (4 pcs.), neutral oil (100 ml), water.

Preheat the oven to 175º C. Beat 4 eggs, add 150 ml of water and 100 ml of oil in a bowl. Add the all-purpose mix and mix until the dough is smooth. Then pour the mass into a greased cupcake or other mold about 24 cm. A larger pie should be baked for about 35 minutes. The cake should be baked for about 20 minutes. The prepared mixture makes about 760 g of the finished product.

The composition

Sweetener erythritol and xylitol, corn starch, pea protein, Fiber Fin natural resistant corn starch, sesame flour, fiber (chicory, pea, plantain), potato starch, disintegrant (bicarbonate, disodium phosphate), salt, stabilizer (carrageenan), emulsifier ( mono- and diglycerins), aromatized, acidity regulator (citric acid).

CAUTION: If you use more than 30 grams of erythritol in one dose, it can act as a laxative.
