Ideal bread for those who want to enjoy a soft gluten-free bread with a lot of protein (15%) and fiber. Contains only 6.1 g of carbohydrates per 100 g of bread. The bread does not contain wheat, yeast or soy, seeds and nuts - instead oat and sesame flour are used, making the bread rich in proteins and minerals.

Preparation:

Ingredients for baking: bread mix, water.

Add 350 ml of water to 224 g of mixture and mix. Wait 5 minutes, then place on a baking tray at 175° (bread – 60-70 min, rolls – 20-25 min). A 224 g packet gives about 475 g of finished bread.

For best results, do not use a baking dish, but wait 5 minutes after mixing the dough and simply make a loaf pan or round buns and place them on a baking tray.

It is best to store the finished bread in a closed package, in the refrigerator. You can also freeze the bread.

Ingredients: flour (sesame, gluten-free oats), egg powder, fiber ( plantain, pea), pea protein, erythritol, disintegrant (sodium bicarbonate, diphosphate), mineral salt (sodium chloride and potassium chloride).
