About the product
- Calcium and magnesium are necessary for maintaining bone health.
- Potassium helps maintain normal blood pressure, promotes normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles.

The composition
One packet contains: calcium (calcium citrate) – 520 mg (65%*), potassium (potassium citrate) – 300 mg (15%*), magnesium (magnesium citrate) – 200 mg (53%*), zinc (zinc citrate ) – 15 mg (150%*), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 5 μg/200 IU (100%*).

This product does not contain additional chemicals – sweeteners, flavorings, dyes, solvents, emulsifiers, stabilizers and preservatives. Therefore, its taste is neutral. By giving up substances that do not give the body any additional benefit, we save our health and nature!
Usage
Pour the contents of 1 packet into a glass (100-250 ml) of water or juice, mix thoroughly, dissolve and drink. The powder can be added to food (porridge, yogurt, etc.). Adults use 1 packet per day after meals, children from 6 to 12 years - 1/2 packet per day, children from 2 to 6 years - ¼ packet per day after meals. To determine a different dose, it is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Can be used by pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. Can be used by diabetics, vegetarians and vegans. Has a kosher certificate.
Storage
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use a nutritional supplement as a substitute for a full and balanced diet. Store in a dry place inaccessible to children, at a temperature no higher than +25°C.
