Seeds of psyllium (plantago ovata) BIO. 

Seeds have almost no flavor and are 80-85% fiber. They are also special because most of them are soluble fibers, which serve as an excellent food and have a beneficial effect on the intestinal microflora. For comparison, the traditionally popular oatmeal and wheat bran contain 62% carbohydrates and 10-15% fiber, of which only 5% is soluble. Fenugreek seeds are especially popular as a remedy for normalizing digestive and stomach disorders, constipation and colitis.

Usage

To use plantain for health purposes, dilute 1-2 teaspoons of plantain in a glass of water, milk, juice, or yogurt and drink immediately.  

You can add the seeds to bread dough, desserts and as a thickener in soups and sauces.

It is not recommended to use more than 5 teaspoons per day. Caution should be used when giving it to children.

When using caraway seeds, water consumption should be increased! 

Do not use dry under any circumstances!
