Description of substances
Contains collagen (the component most commonly found in tendons, ligaments, skin, cartilage, bones, intervertebral discs, etc.).
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen, which is necessary for the normal functioning of the skin, cartilage and bones.
Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Zinc and selenium help maintain nail health.
Selenium helps maintain hair health.
Biotin and zinc help maintain hair and skin health.
Vitamin D and zinc help maintain bone and tooth health.
Usage and recommended daily dose
Children from 7 years of age, adolescents and adults: 1 - 2 tablets per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use a nutritional supplement as a substitute for a full, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
