Coconut flour ECO is made only from organically grown coconuts, with a reduced amount of fat. Degreased by cold pressing method. Compared to regular similar analog flour, semi-defatted flour has several advantages: it is more finely ground and does not release a large amount of oil when baking, i.e. they "behave" almost like regular wheat flour. This flour is gluten-free, extremely high in fiber (40%) and low in carbohydrates.
