Preparation

Add 2 eggs, 20g oil/butter and 150ml water or other liquid of your choice such as milk.

Many types of liquids can be used in pancakes, such as plant milk, fermented milk, cream mixed with water, sour cream mixed with water. 

Mix thoroughly and let the dough rest for about 5 minutes. Fry the pancakes on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
