This waffle mix makes it easy and quick to make sweet, tasty and healthy waffles that anyone can eat. Sukrin Waffle Mix contains few carbohydrates (6.7 g per 100 g of the finished product). Perfect for those following a keto or low carb diet.

Preparation:  Add 3 eggs, 30g oil/butter and 250ml water or other liquid of your choice such as milk.

You can use different types of liquids in waffles, such as vegetable milk, fermented milk, sour cream mixed with water. The consistency should be thicker than regular waffle batter, but still runny enough to spread in the waffle pan (without using a spatula).
