Description of substances

Vitamins of group B (B6 and B12) help ensure normal energy-yielding metabolism, promote normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological functions, help reduce fatigue and weakness. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormone activity.

A sufficient amount of folic acid (folate) is important when planning a pregnancy and in the first weeks of pregnancy, because folic acid (folate) contributes to normal blood production and promotes the formation of maternal tissue during pregnancy, helps ensure the process of cell division; promotes normal psychological functions and helps reduce fatigue and weakness; contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Supplemental folic acid intake increases/improves maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus. The beneficial effect is achieved by daily intake of 400µg of folic acid per day, at least one month before and up to three months after conception.

Iron participates in the process of cell division, promotes the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and normal oxygen transport in the body; contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, helps to reduce fatigue and weakness;

Zinc promotes normal DNA, protein synthesis and helps ensure normal fatty acid metabolism; promotes normal fertility and reproduction;

Iodine contributes to normal cognitive functions and normal functioning of the nervous system

Vitamin D helps to maintain a normal level of calcium in the blood, necessary for normal bone and teeth health; helps maintain normal muscle function; contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Usage and recommended daily dose

1 tablet a day or according to the doctor's instructions, after a meal, drinking a sufficient amount of water.

Warnings

Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package!  Do not use a nutritional supplement as a substitute for a full and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if there is an increased sensitivity to any of the components.
