Mio – inositol, melatonin, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), selenium (sodium selenate), microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent), sodium salt of cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose (stabilizer).

Usage and recommended daily dose
Use 1 packet in the evening before going to bed, dissolving the contents in a glass of water (150ml).
