The composition
Silicic acid 13.5 ml, which contains 196 mg of silicon and 420 mg of silicon dioxide, grape, elder, blackcurrant, strawberry and raspberry fruit juices from concentrate (0.75 ml), fructose, thickeners: pectin, xanthan gum, acidity regulator: malic acid, natural flavouring, sodium selenite, D-biotin.
Usage and recommended daily dose
Take one sachet per day without dilution, between meals.

Does not contain lactose and gluten.
