Preparation

Ingredients for making chocolate mousse: chocolate mousse, milk (any milk can be used).

Mix Sukrin chocolate mousse with 200 ml of low-fat milk, beat for 3-5 minutes and then put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Instead of cow's milk, you can use soy, oat or any other milk of your choice. The dessert will be even tastier if you add nuts or fresh berries to it.

Prepare the cream for the cake: add 200 g of sweet cream to the mousse and mix.

Make the ice cream: add 150 g of milk to the mousse, beat for 3 minutes and then put in the freezer for 4 hours.

The composition

Sweeteners (erythritol, steviol glycosides), foaming agent (glucose, coconut oil, emulsifier: lactic acid esters with fatty acid mono- and diglycerides, milk proteins, stabilizer: sodium alginate), inulin (fibers from chicory root) , fat-reduced cocoa (15%), thickener: acetylated starch adipate, flavorings, salt.
