How to use?

Use as a healthy snack between meals or add to yogurt, salads, porridges, sauces, cocktails, soups and other dishes, both salty and sweet, giving them a nutty flavor note.

The seeds can be eaten fresh or fried in a pan or in the oven. Add a little olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, some spices to the seeds and toast them.
